Ingredients
Ingredients: Chicken Breasts, BBQ Sauce (tomato puree (water, tomato paste), distilled vinegar, sugar, molasses, salt, black pepper, paprika, chili pepper, corn starch, brown sugar, contains less than 0.5% of: onion, garlic, guar gum, xanthan gum, natural flavor (including hickory smoke)), Italian Dressing (distilled vinegar, water, vegetable oil, sugar, salt, garlic, contains less than 2% of red bell pepper, onion, xanthan gum, spice, paprika, potassium sorbate), Brown Sugar, Worcestershire Sauce (distilled white vinegar, anchovies, garlic, molasses, onions, salt, sugar, water, chili pepper extract, cloves, natural flavorings, tamarind extract)
Cooking Instructions
Crock Pot: Cook on high 3–4 hours or on low 4–6 hours until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Shred chicken and return to crock pot for an additional 10–15 minutes. Serve in sandwiches, on nachos, or over mashed potatoes.
Instant Pot: Defrost in microwave until contents of package fits in Instant Pot. Add 1 cup water. Cook on high pressure for 20 minutes and allow a ten minute natural pressure release. Open Instant Pot and shred. Return to juices and simmer for 5–10 minutes. Serve.
Packaging
A small meal weighs approximately 20 oz and a large meal weighs approximately 30 oz. Both are packaged in a sealed plastic bag.
