Cooking Instructions

Oven: Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes until an internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached. Broil for 1-2 minutes to brown chicken if desired.
Air Fryer: Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes until edges are starting to crisp and chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
