Indulgently sweet and comforting, our blueberry cream cheese french toast casserole will have you dreaming about breakfast. Our simple, honest recipe contains only half and half, brioche bread, eggs, blueberries, cream cheese and sugar, for a decadent spin on an old-fashioned favorite.
Recommended Side Dishes: fried egg, sausage, bacon
Ingredients: Half and Half (milk, cream), Brioche Bread (wheat flour, water, sugar, vegetable oil, egg, invert sugar syrup, yeast, salt, wheat gluten), Egg, Blueberries, Cream Cheese (milk, cheese cultures, salt), Sugar
Oven: Thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours. Remove lid and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes until center is set and reaches a temperature of 160 degrees. If casserole is still slightly frozen before baking, increase cooking time to 50-55 minutes and continue baking until center is fully cooked.
A small meal weighs approximately 20 oz and is packaged in a 7x12 foil container. A large meal weighs approximately 30 oz and is packaged in a 8x12 foil container.
