Sometimes you need a meal in a rush but want to feel good about the ingredients in it. Our quick packs are made with whole ingredients you can pronounce and are ready in under five minutes. Just pull one in from the freezer, microwave and go. You can also bake these right in the provided container if you prefer.

Each quick pack includes one of each of the following:

• mac + cheese
• sweet and spicy shrimp + rice
  
• tuscan chicken pasta
  
• bbq chicken + cauliflower rice
  

Each meal weighs approximately 6 oz and is packaged in a microwaveable plastic tray with reusable lid.
